In 2008’s Dog Tags, Nate (Paul Preiss) is a young man with no direction who’s decided to go into the Marines. While on leave, he returns home. On the way he gets picked up by a man offering him some easy money so he can buy a ring for his girlfriend. Turns out, the job is to do amatuer porn with Andy (Bart Fletcher). Both young men realize what’s going on and run out, and Andy gives Nate a ride home where Nate finds his girlfriend with another man.

Andy, who’s gay, and Nate develop a friendship and eventually end up in bed, but not necessarily in love, but they each get a little direction in their lives from their brief meeting.
