In 1918, the then Torchwood team freezes a young soldier for the day he’ll be needed to save the world, only to have him fall for Toshiko (Naoko Mori) in the present day. Things also heat up a bit for Jack (John Barrowman) and Ianto (Gareth David-Lloyd).
