In the Six Feet Under season 4 episode “Can I Come Up Now?”, Brenda (Rachel Griffiths) has Joe (Justin Theroux) tied to the bed when her ex boyfriend Nate (Peter Krause) drops by.  Disappointingly, she unties him and gets him dressed before inviting Nate in.
